Sunday evening and all is well

I love Sunday evening when all is quiet and everyone has departed and gone off to bed leaving me and two beautiful little puppies to be still and contemplate life together. There is something spiritual about the stillness in the house and I actually get to sit and listen to the quietness all around me. With four kids, a husband, two cats, two dogs and a busy Sunday schedule it is a little bit of heaven to know the day is over, I can actually watch what I want on t.v. or curl up with a good book of my choice. I do not have to talk, share with anyone else or even get up from my chosen spot and move. It is very selfish and I am sure a little bit of heaven. Vive le silence! I think that that is spelled wrong as my French is a bit of but it does say it all. I am now stepping into that still zone that I love.
