turkied out

too much turkey, too much pie, Thanksgiving is great but weighs me down....little humour there although I do not laugh when I step on the scales....back to normal today...back to work....party is over....will take a turkey sandwich with me to lunch have a great day and keep smiling...hi ho hi ho it's off to work i go
