Pigeon chaos

While shovelling off my back porch today I looked over to our bbq and saw a flock of pigeons trying to squeeze onto a silver tray full of birdseed that we had placed on the bbq arm. They were hilarious. They pushed, shoved, hopped and fluttered into each other so they could get a kernel of food. It truly was a you tube moment. There was no way they all could fit! They kept falling off, shoving each other off and being quite aggressive to secure a space. I guess they were watching t.v. clips of after Christmas shoppers going for the sales on Boxing Day. We as people look just as foolish as we try to get that ultimate bargain. They certainly made my day and made me laugh out loud. Go pigeons!
