Clear blue skies and sunny
I love the time after a storm when everything is crystal clear and it seems the atmosphere has shaken up our world. I look outside the sun is dancing on the snow and people have their sunglasses on to drive. We are blessed to have a warm home and great food to eat everyday. We take so much for granted and we complain far too much. I must learn to be more grateful and happy and pass these attributes on to my kids. I find that when I get cranky and miserable it affects the whole family...so I am not talking to them...but to me. Women are the heart of the home. The heart pumps blood to the whole body (our family), we are their lifeline, their health. We must learn to be a gracious and strong model for our sons and daughters and an encourage our husbands more. It is so easy to fall into despair and say how can I make a difference? You can make a difference by smiling more, hugging more, being more kind and gentle. Trust me your family will thank you and so will the world they go out into each day! God is good. Have a great and Godly day!

Welcome to my blog
welcome to an oasis in the busy journey of life
This is a tiny microscopic landing blog. You can come here and feel welcome, laid back and relaxed. No shoes, no hang-ups, no judgement. Come in and have an iced tea if your temper is hot, a hot chocolate if your are chilled out by someone or something , or even a nice glass of wine if you need to wind down and find peace and quiet. Close your eyes, breathe in deeply and be absolutely still. No need to talk, explain yourself, or ask questions. Just be you and I'll be me - together. All is well....welcome to my blog.
