Grandchildren are a gift to a family

My little grandson just left and what a lively, little imp he is. He is very, very busy and has the most enchanting twinkle in his eye that I have ever seen. It is fun to hug, kiss, squeeze and cuddle this little guy to bits. He knows he melts our hearts and I so look forward to his visits. He is as smart as a cookie (are cookies smart?) I guess so that what the saying says and we cherish our times together. If you have the honor of being a grandparent be sure to thank the Lord that you are alive, healthy and able to participate in his/her life. We are blessed to see the next generation right before our eyes and know that without us this little guy would not be possible. Pinky up to grandparenting!
