Happy long weekend to you

I love a long weekend. There is just something about that extra day that inspires, invigorates and puts more of a zip in your step. Come Monday you can roll over and pull the sheets closer to your face and snooze on. The weekend weather is supposed to be perfect. The weekend here is called "Thanksgiving" and that is just what I intend to do. I intend to look around and be grateful for everything that i have. Kids are coming over Sunday and we will eat dinner together...another blessings...my kids. I am so grateful for my country, my daily food, the ability to give money away to others, my family and friends. Please Lord let me stop often this weekend and give thanks to you for your bountiful provisions in my life.
