the aftermath
Christmas is over the wait for the next big event is ticking down. New Year's Eve. What do we do on New Year's Eve? Some party on, some invite family and friends to share the event, some rent a movie, some spend the night with Anderson Cooper or a local celebration event. What ever you do you realize that the old is passing away and we have a brand new year to look forward to. We count our past failures and blessings and try to make resolutions to make us thinner, richer, kinder, busier, smarter, whatever. It is indeed a time of new beginnings, of carefree letting go. It is a time warp between what has been and what will be. It is kind of a limbo state of not caring, worrying or being in control of the moment. It is freeing to some, scary for others, just plain fun for most. Enjoy your plans or make plans if you haven't already. It is coming,..no stopping it....be ready to slide into 2012 guilt-free and fancy-free. Enjoy the up-coming year to the max.

Welcome to my blog
welcome to an oasis in the busy journey of life
This is a tiny microscopic landing blog. You can come here and feel welcome, laid back and relaxed. No shoes, no hang-ups, no judgement. Come in and have an iced tea if your temper is hot, a hot chocolate if your are chilled out by someone or something , or even a nice glass of wine if you need to wind down and find peace and quiet. Close your eyes, breathe in deeply and be absolutely still. No need to talk, explain yourself, or ask questions. Just be you and I'll be me - together. All is well....welcome to my blog.
