The busyness of life
Babies crying, tv blaring, older kids running around and still I want to blog to you. Life can get crazy. Life can get overwhelming but please take time for yourself. You are important. Sometime life can wait. As long as everyone is fed and safe it is o.k. to take some time out. You need to refuel and refresh yourself so you can be the best that you can be. When life is pawing at your continually....stop....breathe....pray...and start again. Sometimes we get so torn apart that we are no good to anyone - least of all ourselves. Saying no is an option. Saying not right now is also an option. Saying let me check my schedule and I'll get back to you is fine too. Be in control as much as you can. I understand that there are times when you just drop everything and run into life and with life and you must but other times you need to set boundaries and times so that it works out for you too. You are too precious to be angry, hurt or burned out all the time. You are important and need to look after your health and well-being. Have a great weekend. Until next week blessings to you.

Welcome to my blog
welcome to an oasis in the busy journey of life
This is a tiny microscopic landing blog. You can come here and feel welcome, laid back and relaxed. No shoes, no hang-ups, no judgement. Come in and have an iced tea if your temper is hot, a hot chocolate if your are chilled out by someone or something , or even a nice glass of wine if you need to wind down and find peace and quiet. Close your eyes, breathe in deeply and be absolutely still. No need to talk, explain yourself, or ask questions. Just be you and I'll be me - together. All is well....welcome to my blog.
