Ok I am way too tired
I stayed up so late last night watching the results of the GOP election. Here I am, blurry eyed, sitting on the edge of my chair waiting for the totals. It is not even my country for heaven's sake and there I sat like a gambler, salivating to see who won. I am paying for my risqué behaviour today because I can hardly see. It is nice to get to a certain age and not have to worry about schedules or getting up early the next day. I am so blessed to be able to zone out and nap a little in the afternoons if I get carried away in the midnight hour. It has taken years for this to happen as I am not a night-hawk but a happy, bubbly morning person. I find I can compensate my mornings with an extra cup of coffee and the carrot dangling in front of me that....nappy time is coming. Have a blessed day. Smile lots. Kick up your heels a bit and love yourself. Thanks for being my friend.

Welcome to my blog
welcome to an oasis in the busy journey of life
This is a tiny microscopic landing blog. You can come here and feel welcome, laid back and relaxed. No shoes, no hang-ups, no judgement. Come in and have an iced tea if your temper is hot, a hot chocolate if your are chilled out by someone or something , or even a nice glass of wine if you need to wind down and find peace and quiet. Close your eyes, breathe in deeply and be absolutely still. No need to talk, explain yourself, or ask questions. Just be you and I'll be me - together. All is well....welcome to my blog.
