Sticky Notes Rules

Oh the power of words! Words can be used in a positive or a negative way. Words can build you up, tear you down, or literally destroy you. You do not need many words to send out a positive message to someone. First collect a huge pile of sticky notes....different sizes, shapes and colours. Add a package of fine-tipped felt pen to your collection and you are good to go. Start leaving a trail of sticky notes as you go through your daily pattern of living. Leave a sticky note in as many unsuspecting places that you can. If you use a bathroom leave a note on the mirror like the one above. If you are visiting someone's house for tea leave them a sticky note to say thank you and surprise them when they least expect it. Make it a game as to how many you can produce in a day that leave a positive and maybe a life-changing word of encouragement to someone else. Simple messages like: leaving you a hug, smiling at you today, you rock, thanks for putting the toilet seat down, good night I love you, enjoy your lunch it was packed with love....whatever! Kids will love to emulate your actions and they will learn to write words and phrases plus leave words of kindness scattered around their world. There is also a book written by Caitlin Boyle called, "Operation Beautiful: Transforming the Way You See Yourself One Post-it Note at a Time." Stick to it and change the world. Read on.

This is a tiny microscopic landing blog. You can come here and feel welcome, laid back and relaxed. No shoes, no hang-ups, no judgement. Come in and have an iced tea if your temper is hot, a hot chocolate if your are chilled out by someone or something , or even a nice glass of wine if you need to wind down and find peace and quiet. Close your eyes, breathe in deeply and be absolutely still. No need to talk, explain yourself, or ask questions. Just be you and I'll be me - together. All is well....welcome to my blog.
