Learn to be calm

We all must focus on our health. We live n a world where we are constantly being challenged and stressed. Everywhere we turn news is not good, whether it be political, environmental or personal. We must learn to be calm. we ust learn to turn away from constant bad Wes reporting. We must put on soothing music, read an uplifting and inspiring book and be eternally grateful for our many blessings. Our health suffers when we are entrenched in negative things. We can take more control and bring positive, happier events into our lives. Make an effort to work on your health. You will certainly live a longer life and in so doing bring happiness to others.
