Quiet days on the horizon

School will soon be over and I am looking foreward to the pace slowing down. I love summer when your schedule changes and you are not committed to be at a certain place at a certain time. I love to sit and lounge on the back patio, sipping my coffee and listening to the birds tweeting. I love wandering around my backyard, sniffing my newly blooming flowers and just being quiet. Being quiet is quite an art. In our busy world we don't know how to do that. There is always noise, urgency, deadlines, busyness. I am looking forward to peace, serenity, and spending time with God in my back yard garden. Summer, bring it on.
